Their mission is to increase the convenience, affordability, and transparency of accessing everyday medications while minimizing traditional healthcare obstacles.

Job Overview

In this key leadership position, you will lead and enhance warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution operations across multiple sites for a newly public healthcare business disrupting its category. Your focus will be on operational excellence, labor cost efficiency, and facility expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution operations at multiple locations.
• Reduce labor costs per prescription by enhancing operational performance.
• Redesign workflows, process flows, and throughput frameworks to improve operations.
• Lead initiatives for facility growth including layout redesign and capacity planning.
• Enhance shipping, packaging, and logistics procedures for better efficiency and cost management.
• Build and develop large, multi-layered operations teams.
• Implement KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and performance management systems across sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams in supply chain, procurement, and growth planning.
• Engage hands-on at facilities to ensure execution and accountability.
• Must reside in the greater Clearwater, FL or Dallas, TX areas with ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large-scale logistics or distribution operations.
• Successful track record overseeing complex warehouse or fulfillment centers.
• Expertise in labor optimization, scaling facilities, and process improvement strategies.
• Strong operational leadership with a hands-on approach on the floor.
• Experience in high-growth or resource-limited environments such as startups or scale-ups.
• Background primarily in logistics, distribution, and physical operations rather than clinical or pharmacy roles.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver quantifiable cost reduction and efficiency gains.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary between 170000 and 200000 USD.
• Target bonus of 25%, comprehensive benefits, and a long-term incentive plan.
