About Assure Scratch & Dent
Assure Scratch & Dent is an expanding mobile membership program that offers scratch and dent repair services throughout the United States. It provides customers with on-demand cosmetic repairs performed by technicians directly at their location, eliminating the need for body shops or insurance claims.
Role Overview
Secure IQ Services seeks a seasoned, proactive operations leader to serve as the Head of Operations for Assure Scratch & Dent in the US. The role demands active field involvement in managing and scaling a network of repair technicians to ensure delivery excellence while working closely with an international leadership team based in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and management of mobile scratch and dent technicians nationwide.
- Develop and enforce technician standards, training programs, and performance metrics to drive quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build operational structures including vehicle and equipment procurement, supplier negotiations, and inventory control.
- Manage fleet logistics including vehicle maintenance, allocation, and compliance adherence.
- Monitor and maintain service quality, swiftly addressing service delivery challenges to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to match operational capacity with consumer demand effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum five years in operations leadership, preferably within mobile, field services, or automotive repair sectors.
- Demonstrated capability in managing and growing teams of mobile technicians in scale-up or nationwide contexts.
- Experience building operational infrastructure from the ground up, including fleet and equipment management.
- Proven leadership in people management, including hiring, training, and performance oversight.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly in a dynamic, startup environment.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with international leadership and field teams.
- Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred but Not Mandatory
- Background in automotive body shops, paintless dent repair, or cosmetic repairs.
- Familiarity with field service management and scheduling technologies.
- Experience within fast-growing startups or venture-backed companies.
