About Benchmark Health
Benchmark Health is a public benefit corporation dedicated to transforming behavioral health care by developing an AI-driven infrastructure that aligns stakeholder incentives toward achieving meaningful patient outcomes. Unlike other areas of medicine, behavioral health lacks clear quality metrics, making value-based care difficult to implement. Benchmark addresses this gap by partnering with health systems, primary care providers, and health plans to help patients find suitable mental health services with support from dedicated Advocates throughout their care journey. Founded by two doctors, including a former director of the National Institute of Mental Health, Benchmark aims to improve care at the population level while reducing costs.
