Head of Information Technology

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Information Technology to spearhead IT strategy, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and digital innovation within a regulated financial services setting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement the comprehensive IT strategy and technology roadmap for the organization.
• Oversee cloud services, IT infrastructure, network management, and operational functions to guarantee system reliability and business continuity.
• Direct the administration of core banking systems, financial platforms, APIs, payment gateways, and digital channels.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards including SAMA, NCA, PDPL, and relevant compliance mandates.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Accumulate more than 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years at a senior leadership level within banking, financial services, fintech, or entities regulated by SAMA.
