About the role
JASARA PMC is delivering major infrastructure programs across Saudi Arabia in support of Vision 2030. The organization combines engineering expertise, commercial control, and project delivery capability to move complex civil works from early planning through execution while maintaining strong governance and contract discipline.
As the Lead Contract Engineer, you will be responsible for safeguarding project results through disciplined contract management and sound commercial decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating in large-scale infrastructure settings, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and using contract strategy to support successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Examine contract provisions, changes, claims, and compliance issues within FIDIC-based frameworks.
- Work alongside project management teams on contract administration activities throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Handle client-facing discussions related to contractual matters and associated commercial topics.
Requirements
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or another closely related discipline.
- At least 20 years of experience in contract engineering or contract administration, with a minimum of 5 years in the Middle East.
- Solid experience in contract administration together with exposure to project management.
- Hands-on experience managing contracts governed by FIDIC.
- Prior experience dealing directly with clients on contract-related issues.
- Experience administering contracts valued at SAR 5 billion or more is considered an advantage.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
