Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with at least 10 years of professional expertise to join our team onsite in Leeds, England. This role involves thoroughly analyzing business needs to develop appropriate solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business requirements and design tailored Oracle HCM solutions to address client challenges.
• Configure various HCM modules and provide continuous system support to maintain optimal integrity and performance.
• Support data migration efforts and deliver comprehensive training to end-users for effective system utilization.
• Improve HR operational functions and optimize payroll procedures through system enhancements.
• Interpret client needs and accurately translate them into Oracle HCM capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven minimum of 10 years' experience working with Oracle HCM applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to HR systems implementation.
• Ability to manage data migration and conduct end-user training effectively.
• Experience in payroll process optimization and HR function improvements.
