Responsibilities

• Perform painting tasks, floor laying, and furniture assembly
• Carry out minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Maintain the outdoor areas of the premises
• Supervise external contractors working at the location

Qualifications

• Preferably completion of vocational training in a relevant trade such as facility technician, technician, electrician, electronics technician, service technician, painter, carpenter, joiner, or caretaker
• Proficient command of German and English languages
• Strong technical understanding and practical skills
• Proven experience in similar roles
• Manual dexterity and craftsmanship
• Flexible, dependable, physically resilient, and eager to embrace new challenges
