Responsibilities

• Perform small to medium repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties, with jobs ranging from two hours to two days
• Communicate effectively with customers to clarify needed work and costs while managing their expectations
• Deliver exceptional service consistently following the "Mr. Handyman Way" to build loyal, lifelong customers

Requirements

• Reside within the designated service area
• Possess at least five years of paid experience as a handyman
• Own personal handyman tools
• Be eligible and insurable to drive company vehicles
• Pass a background check and driving record verification
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Capable of safely working at heights and overhead for extended durations
• Maintain a professional appearance and upkeep of the company vehicle
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision
