Role Overview

This full-time, on-site opportunity is based in Greer, South Carolina. The company is expanding its team of handyman and carpenter professionals to support home repair and maintenance work while delivering a consistently high standard of customer care. The role is suited to an experienced craftsperson who can handle a wide range of small to medium jobs and represent the company with professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay is between $25 and $30, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out small to medium maintenance and repair assignments for residential and commercial customers.
• Discuss job needs with customers, explain scope and pricing, and help set clear expectations.
• Provide service that encourages repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
• Work independently for much of the day and manage tasks without close supervision.
• Communicate with customers professionally, request reviews, and collect payments.
• Use your own tools and the required technology to complete and document work.
• Follow the company’s documented work process for every job.
• Wear proper protective equipment, including booties, to help protect customer homes.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• You must live in the local service area.
• A minimum of 8 years of paid handyman experience is required.
• You need to have your own tools.
• You must be eligible to be insured to drive the company vehicle.
• Completion of a background check and driving record check is required.
• You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds on your own.
• You must be able to work safely at heights and perform overhead work for extended periods.
• A professional appearance and proper care of the company vehicle are expected.
• You should have solid skill in at least three of the listed trades or repair areas.
