Guest Experience Specialist

Position Overview

The role focuses on creating a distinctive and memorable guest experience beyond simple check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Specialists proactively provide a variety of services throughout the guest's stay, guiding and assisting them to ensure a seamless and enjoyable visit. This includes managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, completing necessary reports, and sharing local highlights, all intended to weave transactions smoothly into the overall guest journey.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive range of guest services by moving freely throughout the work area to meet operational and guest needs.
• Engage in tasks such as processing operational requests, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and preparing reports.
• Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest's experience.
• Uphold professionalism in appearance, communication, and uniform compliance according to company standards.
• Maintain a safe workplace by adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, protecting confidentiality and company assets.
• Perform physical activities including standing, sitting, or walking for extended durations, as well as lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience required; open to entry-level applicants.
• No previous supervisory experience needed.
• No licensing or certification mandated.

Additional Information

This position is non-management and located in West Bay, Doha, Qatar. It requires full-time commitment and is non-remote.
