About the Role
We are seeking a Group Controller International who wants to do more than just report figures. This position involves uncovering the stories behind key financial metrics, deriving well-founded recommendations, and working closely with our international subsidiaries. Occasional travel for audits is considered an exciting opportunity to understand processes directly on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive support of our national and international subsidiaries on operational and strategic financial matters.
- Preparation and commentary on monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Compilation of periodic financial reports to support management decisions.
- Analysis of operational KPIs and detection of deviations in collaboration with subsidiaries.
- Participation in the annual group consolidation process.
- Conducting internal audits at our subsidiaries.
- Advancement of our reporting environment using modern analytic tools.
- Handling ad-hoc topics and special analyses.
- Contributing to projects aimed at digitalizing and automating processes as well as selected strategic initiatives.
- Supporting international subsidiaries in governance and legal matters.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably some experience in finance or controlling.
- Strong analytical skills, self-driven, and organized work approach.
- High affinity for numbers and solid understanding of business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confident demeanor.
- Exceptional commitment and teamwork spirit.
- Interest in IT and digital solutions in controlling environments.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
