Group Accountant

About the Role

This opportunity is for a qualified accountant to become part of the group finance team within a fast-growing organisation based in Dublin Central, operating in a hybrid working environment. The role provides extensive exposure beyond routine month-end tasks, contributing to the company's expansion via acquisitions, group reporting, and finance transformation projects.

Key Duties

• Compile and prepare group management accounts and assist with month-end closing processes.
• Contribute to group consolidation and financial reporting activities.
• Take an active part in the integration process of newly acquired companies.
• Support enhancement projects for finance systems and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams across the organisation and engage with senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess ACA or ACCA qualification or be nearing completion.
• Preferably have a background in accounting practice.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing management accounts.
• Experience with consolidation is beneficial but not mandatory.
