Graphic Designer

About the Role

Peoplr is hiring a Graphic Designer for their client Money Pages, a dynamic marketing and advertising company emphasizing innovative brand development and aesthetic creation aligned with clients' core values. This is a permanent full-time remote position based in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Create print advertisements adhering strictly to production, quality, and productivity standards.
• Assist and learn from senior graphic designers on digital design projects.
• Work collaboratively with team members to shape brand visuals and overall design aesthetics.
• Employ creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver superior design outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in marketing communications focused on production-centric graphic design.
• Strong understanding of foundational design elements such as typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of print production processes and ability to prepare design files appropriately.
• Capability to interpret material specifications accurately.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Basic project management experience with ability to prioritize multiple critical projects and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve design-related issues.
• Desire and passion for ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or equivalent.
