What you will do

In this role, you will create visual content that helps audiences understand investing and make more confident financial choices. You will work closely with writers, marketers, video producers, product teams, and investing specialists to turn educational ideas into clear, compelling design.

The position focuses on visual communication across digital channels. You will use design, illustration, typography, layout, and storytelling to simplify complex investing topics for blogs, learning pages, videos, social media, email, downloadable materials, and interactive tools. You will also contribute ideas, collaborate across teams, and help keep every visual asset aligned with the company’s mission.

Experience and fit

The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design for web, social, email, and related digital formats. A strong portfolio is expected, showing capability in graphic design, editorial design, visual storytelling, educational content, or information design.

You should be highly skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma. Experience producing blog visuals, infographics, social graphics, email creatives, webpage layouts, PDFs, and video graphics is important. Comfort with motion graphics or animated work in Adobe After Effects is considered an added advantage.

Success in this position means producing polished, engaging design that makes investing easier to understand.
