About the Role

The company is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join its creative team on a full-time, on-site basis in Toronto. What You’ll Do

  • Create refined digital and print materials for social media, the website, CRM, paid campaigns, lookbooks, invitations, and brand launches.

  • Prepare presentation decks, internal creative collateral, and seasonal launch assets.
  • Use AI-assisted tools where useful to support visual development.
  • Enhance ecommerce and marketing imagery so it remains polished, natural, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Make sure product colour, texture, and shape are represented accurately across all creative outputs.
  • Crop, format, and ready imagery for product pages and other digital placements.
  • Manage final exports and deliver production-ready files on schedule.
  • Lead the visual direction and content creation for social media from concept through execution.
  • Produce original content in static, graphic, and short-form video formats suited to different platforms.
  • Plan, maintain, and organize the social content calendar to support a steady brand presence.
  • Work with the Art & Content Director on social copy direction and tone of voice.
  • Interact with the community by replying to comments and direct messages in a way that matches the brand voice.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital or ecommerce design, or visual content creation for a consumer brand or agency.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Practical retouching ability with the capacity to elevate product and ecommerce visuals to a luxury standard.
  • Experience handling social media feeds for a brand and creating content for multiple platforms.
  • Good command of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on visual accuracy.
  • Ability to juggle several projects at once while staying on deadline.
  • Well organized, with experience managing assets and keeping file structures orderly.
