Graduate Programme Overview

We are inviting aspiring leaders to join our acclaimed Graduate Programme, designed to cultivate the next generation of industry professionals who embody our values and culture. Since inception in 2009, more than 360 graduates have flourished through this tailored 18-month course, which combines internal and external expert-led training to develop industry-relevant skills.

Participants experience diverse teamwork, cutting-edge training, international exposure, and engage in a group research project addressing strategic business challenges assigned by senior management. Findings from these projects are presented directly to leaders, promoting strategic insight and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract documentation preparation and post-contract inquiries.
  • Evaluate and assess contract variations effectively.
  • Develop and negotiate schedules to keep projects aligned.
  • Oversee financial and contractual control of subcontractors’ accounts.
  • Issue contractual notices and assess claims regarding loss, expense, and acceleration.
  • Deliver prompt, precise, competitive, and profitable estimates for inquiries.
  • Collaborate with clients, main contractors, and cross-departmental teams.
  • Provide regular reports to management covering competitor activities, market trends, and relevant dynamics.
  • Perform all other related duties integral to the role.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possession or expectation of at least a 2:1 Honors Degree or relevant Level 8 bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within teams.
  • Commitment to high-quality work and presentation.
  • Proficient organizational and coordination talents.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience within the construction sector or a trade-related background.
