Key Responsibilities
- Engage in varied daily product management activities within a fast-paced sector.
- Collaborate with Commercial and User Experience teams to design digital products that resonate with customers and partners, managing an inspiring product roadmap.
- Leverage data analytics to prioritize impactful initiatives, coordinate with engineering for enhancements, and optimize product performance to maximize value.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduates holding or pursuing a 2:1 or higher degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Technology, Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in data analysis to guide informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with a focus on swift value delivery and prioritization skills.
- Ability to define and communicate strategic, value-driven product roadmaps aligned with key performance indicators.
- Experience or comfort working within regulated industries.
- Proven ability to build trustworthy and credible stakeholder relationships.
- A growth-oriented mindset seeking to identify and leverage new value-creation or process improvement opportunities for rapid market delivery.
- Effective interpersonal skills, appreciating diverse perspectives and collaborative environments.
- Competence in using market insight to uncover growth and optimization opportunities for products and customer experiences.
- Previous exposure to product management concepts through academic projects, internships, work experience, extracurricular work, personal initiatives, or related engagements involving problem-solving, customer focus, data analysis, or product shaping.
