Join a dynamic and inclusive team as an Executive Search Specialist, where you will play a key role in delivering customised talent consulting services precisely aligned with client needs, building strong client relationships, and contributing significantly to our recruitment success.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering bespoke talent solutions and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of market trends and human capital movements across various industries.
- Support negotiations between clients and candidates to achieve mutually advantageous agreements.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with business goals.
- Expand professional networks within Singapore and broader APAC regions.
