Role Overview
This full-time position based in New Delhi offers a hybrid work arrangement. The incumbent will manage company listings and tenders on the GeM portal, ensuring accuracy, adherence to guidelines, and timely updates. Coordination with internal teams and public sector clients is a core function, alongside preparing documentation and tracking bids, orders, and contracts received through GeM.
Daily responsibilities include evaluating tender requirements, formulating proposals, maintaining communications with government bodies, and systematically organizing records and reports. Additionally, the role supports improving operational workflows, identifying new opportunities on GeM, and delivering regular status reports to leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Government Relations and engagement with the Public Sector to navigate the GeM platform and related authorities effectively.
- Knowledge of local government frameworks and procurement compliance procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret tender documents, evaluate requirements, and monitor performance indicators.
- Fundamental understanding of government procurement processes and familiarity with the GeM platform is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in office software such as spreadsheets, presentations, and document management tools, along with comfort using online portals.
- The ability to work within a hybrid setup, balance multiple deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Preferred educational background in business administration, public administration, commerce, or related fields. Experience in government or public procurement is beneficial.
