This position suits someone with solid, practical experience in Google Ads and conversion-focused PPC. You should be comfortable working independently, using data to shape decisions, and maintaining a disciplined testing approach. Strong communication and presentation skills are also important.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch Google campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion stages.
- Build campaigns that attract and convert both new and returning audiences.
- Develop YouTube Shorts campaigns aimed at driving conversions.

- Experiment with campaign settings and variables to create a durable, high-performing approach.
- Monitor daily campaign results and identify opportunities to improve.
- Adjust campaigns to increase efficiency, conversions and return on spend.
- Prepare concise performance updates for senior acquisition stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven, practical experience running Google Ads campaigns.
- Exposure to multiple Google campaign formats.
- Background in conversion-focused PPC for ecommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of paid search structure, testing methods and optimisation techniques.
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions.
- Experience measuring and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Clear communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to summarise campaign performance in a concise way.
- Self-driven working style with the ability to operate with limited supervision.
- Careful attention to detail and a willingness to test, learn and refine.
Benefits and growth
The opportunity offers the chance to join a fast-growing ecommerce business where acquisition is central to success. You will be part of a collaborative team that values quick thinking, independent problem-solving and teamwork. The role also comes with scope for professional growth as the company continues to expand.
