About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient evaluations including comprehensive histories and physical exams to detect health conditions and form diagnostic impressions.
• Create and apply personalized treatment plans and preventive care strategies in collaboration with patients and their relatives.
• Oversee management of chronic diseases, acute illnesses, and preventive care while promoting patient education and self-care.
• Ensure precise and prompt maintenance of medical records following institutional and legal standards, preserving patient confidentiality.
• Facilitate specialist referrals as needed, ensuring smooth communication to maintain care continuity.
• Inform patients about health issues, treatment options, adherence to medications, and preventive health to encourage wellness.
• Contribute to quality enhancement projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency completed in Family or Internal Medicine from an accredited institution.
• Valid unrestricted medical license to practice as a General Practitioner.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in diverse healthcare environments with proven primary care expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare laws and policies such as HIPAA, HITECH, and patient safety requirements.
• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant healthcare technologies.
