Role Overview

The General Manager position is a senior leadership role requiring full-time presence on site in Al Qaseem, Saudi Arabia. This role mandates comprehensive oversight of daily operational activities across selected business units, ensuring they align with YALJ Group’s strategic vision in the real estate and agricultural sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting processes, monitor and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, promoting accountability and high performance.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures that bolster sustainable growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-range business planning.
• Track key performance metrics and drive ongoing improvements in service quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organization in various internal and external engagements as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong operational and strategic management expertise including planning, performance evaluation, and process optimization.
• Financial literacy encompassing budgeting, cost management, and P&L basics.
• Relevant experience in real estate, agriculture, or similar fields with knowledge of sustainability practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and capacity to engage various stakeholders across cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related discipline; MBA or higher qualifications preferred.
• Proven success in senior management roles, ideally within the Saudi region or comparable environments.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong asset.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills accompanied by strong ethical principles.
