Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate General Manager to lead daily operations of a single Choolaah restaurant. The General Manager plays a critical role in fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring every guest leaves delighted. This leader will inspire, mentor, and develop the restaurant management team while overseeing financial performance and operational standards across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the restaurant is consistently neat, clean, organized, and fully operational according to company standards.
  • Master all operational and management processes, maintaining 100% adherence to standards across all volumes and times.
  • Hold the team accountable for executing standards flawlessly and provide daily coaching on operational excellence.
  • Drive sales growth by focusing on quality, accuracy, hospitality, speed of service, cleanliness, staff, and value.
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain a high-performing team of up to 30–40 employees, serving as a mentor and servant leader.
