AI-DISPO specializes in manufacturing premium disposable syringes, catering to hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and government purchasing bodies. We are currently expanding our government sales division and seeking a dedicated GeM Tender Executive to manage our participation in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be tasked with finding relevant GeM tenders, preparing and submitting competitive bids, coordinating all required documentation, tracking bids throughout the process, and ensuring successful order fulfillment. Experience with GeM procurement and government tenders, ideally in medical devices or healthcare, is preferred.

Key Duties

• Consistently monitor the GeM portal for tenders concerning disposable syringes and medical consumables.
• Assess tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms thoroughly.
• Compile, upload, and submit tender documents accurately within established deadlines.
• Collaborate internally with pricing, technical, and certification teams to gather pertinent information.
• Keep statutory and compliance documents like GST, PAN, ISO certifications, and product registrations up to date.
• Address buyer inquiries, clarifications, and participate in reverse auctions as required.
• Track and report tender progress from submission through contract award and execution.
• Liaise with production, dispatch, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of awarded orders.
• Maintain detailed records of all tender submissions, awards, and outstanding opportunities.
• Build professional relationships with government buyers while adhering strictly to procurement policies.
• Explore additional business potentials through GeM and other government procurement platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience managing GeM tenders.
• Prior involvement in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, surgical instruments, or healthcare procurements is advantageous.
• Strong familiarity with GeM portal operations and government procurement processes.
• Excellent skills in documentation and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF handling tools.
• Ability to work independently with strict deadlines.
