About the role

This position is for an experienced gardening professional who enjoys maintaining and improving attractive outdoor spaces. You will work across several residential sites, helping keep gardens healthy, well-presented, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

The role involves hands-on outdoor work such as planting, watering, and general landscape care, with a strong focus on detail, presentation, and reliability.

Work locations: Fullarton, Glynde, and Hope Valley.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with practical gardening and landscaping experience, a careful eye for detail, and a genuine commitment to high standards. You should be comfortable using gardening tools and equipment safely and be physically capable of tasks that may include bending, lifting, and carrying.

The right person will take pride in their work, contribute positively to the team culture, and be motivated to deliver excellent results in a caring and supportive environment.

Additional information

Applicants will need to complete a pre-employment medical assessment. The successful candidate must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance. In line with current health guidance for the aged care sector, applicants are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
