Role Overview
As part of our team, you will support daily operational tasks including cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing to maintain smooth service flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and communal areas through regular housekeeping duties.
- Assist with preparing food, setting up and cleaning tables and chairs, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously, report injuries or hazards to supervisors immediately, and comply with management requests.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
- Experience in housekeeping and food services is advantageous.
- Prior work in healthcare or long-term care environments is preferred.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in English, able to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
