Role Overview
Become part of a community-focused, locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store that prioritizes health, beauty, and convenience services. As Front Store Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing customer service operations while placing the customer at the heart of every action.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service duties including cashier management, cash handling, and merchandising activities.
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are adhered to by cashiers and merchandising personnel.
- Conduct training and offer continuous guidance and instruction to cashier and merchandiser staff.
- Implement loss prevention standards and manage daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking, and PC Optimum procedures.
- Maintain a professional store image by ensuring employees comply with the uniform policy.
- Address customer inquiries such as product locations and rainchecks, and resolve issues like refunds and exchanges in line with company guidelines.
- Promote customer satisfaction initiatives, including the CSI Survey.
- Maintain clean, organized shelves with correct merchandise rotation and ensure displays are set up/taken down as instructed by management.
- Uphold housekeeping and store image standards and comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with clerical and banking responsibilities as needed; perform cashier duties when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all store policies and loss prevention protocols, ensuring proper execution on-site.

- Proficiency in problem solving to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Computer literacy.
