About the Role
Skylar International School is hiring a polished, approachable, and highly organised Front Office Specialist to serve as the first touchpoint for students, parents, staff, and campus visitors. This is a full-time position that must be performed in person at the school campus in Kollam district, Kerala.
Important Location Requirement
This role is strictly campus-based in Kollam, Kerala. Only candidates who currently live in or close to Kollam and can travel to the school every working day should apply. Remote or hybrid working arrangements are not available.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or other client-facing administrative position.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- A personable, composed, and professional manner when dealing with different types of people.
- Good attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to stay effective in a busy school setting.
- A strong sense of discretion and the ability to cooperate well with the school team.

The position is based fully on-site at Skylar International School, Kollam, Kerala.
