Role Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for guests' journeys to consistently elevate the Generator experience.
• Develop an understanding of guests and a passion for independent and unconventional travel.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm.
• Collaborate effectively with your front office team who embody Generator's culture and individuality.
• Oversee social spaces ensuring ambient lighting, sound, and temperature align with brand standards.
• Be well-informed about the city's cafes, bars, restaurants, arts, and music scenes to assist guests.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, including Fire Training, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene protocols.
• Handle all cash transactions responsibly during your shifts.
• Accurately complete Close of Shift procedures each time with consistency.

• Genuine passion for guests and the youth travel sector.
• Energetic and sociable personality, able to keep the atmosphere lively.
• Highly organised and capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Business-minded with an interest in enhancing revenue.
• Creative, innovative, and digitally proficient.
• Eligibility to work within the European Union is mandatory.

Experience and Skills Required

• Previous experience in a front office role within hospitality.
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings and evenings.
