About Techflora Global Workforce Pvt. Ltd.
Techflora Global Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is actively recruiting for multiple positions at its Barpeta Branch, located in Barpeta Town, Assam.
Open Positions and Responsibilities
- Front Office Assistant: Manage walk-in candidates and customers, handle enquiries, attend calls, schedule interviews, and maintain records.
- Business Development Officer (BDO): Generate business leads, develop client relationships, and support recruitment and daily branch activities.
- Telecaller: Follow up with candidates and clients through telephone communication and support operational tasks.
Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass; graduates are preferable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Freshers can apply and should possess a positive attitude along with a readiness to learn.
Compensation and Location
The salary offered ranges from ₹6,000 to ₹12,000 per month depending on the position and experience, with additional performance-based incentives where applicable.
Job location is at the Barpeta Branch situated on BK Road, Muslimpatty, Barpeta Town, Assam.
Interview Details
Interviews will be conducted at the Head Office located at 3rd Floor, Guha Complex, GS Road, opposite Flyover Bridge, Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam.
