MitoGenez Longevity Clinic is a distinguished physician-led establishment focused on preventive healthcare, regenerative medicine, and longevity solutions. We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and organized Front Desk Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and deliver outstanding front desk service.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, billing, and records efficiently.
• Handle incoming communication including phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate with medical and therapy staff to facilitate a seamless patient experience.
• Address patient questions patiently and empathetically while ensuring confidentiality.
• Conduct appointment and treatment follow-ups with patients regularly.
• Maintain tidiness and orderliness of the reception area and assist with daily clinic operations.
• Ensure precise documentation and handle administrative tasks accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist, ideally within hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or similar healthcare environments.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required; proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
• Competent in MS Office, email management, and appointment scheduling software.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Demonstrates patience, courtesy, proactivity, reliability, and enjoys patient interaction.

Additional Information

The position is based in Gurugram and requires full-time commitment. This role demands a candidate who can uphold the high standards of MitoGenez Longevity Clinic by exemplifying professionalism and dedication to quality patient care.

Compensation

The salary range offered is between 20000 and 50000 INR per month.
