About The Role
At The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, the Front Desk Agent not only facilitates smooth guest check-ins and check-outs but strives to create an exceptional and memorable experience throughout a guest's stay. Agents are empowered to proactively provide a range of personalized services, addressing all operational needs and guest requests, while offering insights about local attractions. This role requires engagement beyond routine transactions, making each interaction part of the guest's lasting memory.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing helpful and relevant information.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks and reports related to guest services.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment adhering to The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards and policies.
- Ensure workplace safety, uphold confidentiality of information, and protect company assets.
- Exemplify professionalism through neat appearance and courteous communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent qualification (G.E.D.).
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification necessary.

This position is non-management and operates onsite at the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates location (PO Box 91888 Al Maqta Area). Employment is full-time, involving active movement and a hands-on approach.
