Role Overview
This freelance position is for an IT recruiter who can manage hiring requirements end to end, with a strong focus on C2H recruitment. The role is remote, but only candidates based in Bangalore will be considered. Compensation is closure-based.
Experience Required
The suitable candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Responsibilities
The recruiter will handle the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in IT hiring, staffing, and contract-to-hire recruitment.
