About the role

Calm Collective is a UK-based e-commerce jewellery brand creating subtle, attractive fidget jewellery designed to support people through anxious moments, restless energy, and skin-picking habits. The brand has already helped more than 100,000 customers, and it is now seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to take full ownership of its Meta creative direction.

This is a hands-on strategic role rather than a simple briefing position. You will shape the ideas behind each Meta ad by studying customers, developing concepts, and guiding the internal editor and designer to execute them.

What you will do

  • Lead the entire Meta creative strategy process, including customer research, hypothesis development, concept creation, briefing, and post-launch review.
  • Produce at least 60 creative briefs every month across static ads, UGC, motion ads, and high-production content, including around 40 fresh concepts and variations plus 20 to 30 iterations.
  • Work closely with the in-house editor and designer using the shared Notion content calendar and Frame.io asset library.
  • Find and coordinate suitable UGC creators and actors for high-production shoots, while managing briefs and reviewing delivered output.
  • Drive ROAS and CPA performance in line with business targets, with full access to performance data and a collaborative partnership approach.
  • Share weekly updates on creative results, insights, and the next round of tests.

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Creative Strategist for e-commerce brands spending £30k+ per month on Meta.
  • A history of concepts that have performed successfully against ROAS and CPA goals at scale.
  • Proven ability to brief editors and designers across static, UGC, motion, and premium production formats.
  • Experience finding and managing UGC creators and actors for shoots.
  • Working knowledge of creative research, inspiration, and performance tools such as Lens, Foreplay, Motion, and Triple Whale.

Skills and approach

  • Strong research-led thinking and an understanding of customer psychology grounded in real customer language.
  • Natural copywriting ability, with the judgement to use AI as support rather than relying on it to write full scripts.
