This freelance opportunity connects detail-oriented people with online tasks that help train and refine artificial intelligence systems. The work is project-based and can involve participating in generative AI initiatives run for leading technology companies.
Role summary
As an annotator, you may be asked to support different AI projects whenever they are active. Typical assignments can include reviewing AI-generated responses, checking factual correctness, and comparing outputs to determine which is more suitable.
Key responsibilities
- Review supplied content carefully, including text, images, or videos.
- Tag, sort, or classify items according to the project instructions.
- Spot material that is incorrect, sensitive, unsuitable, or difficult to interpret, and flag it appropriately.
Project and pay details
Work is not continuous; it is available only when a suitable project is open. Assignment to one or more projects depends on your profile and the current demand. Compensation differs by project based on its complexity and the level of expertise required. For this assignment, the stated earning potential is up to $22 per hour equivalent.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in any professional role.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above, for both speaking and writing.
- Strong reasoning skills, including the ability to check facts and think logically.
- Excellent attention to detail and the discipline to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills, including the confidence to ask clarifying questions when necessary.
- Clear interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
