Role Overview
This position supports day-to-day food stall and kitchen operations across multiple locations in Singapore, including Sembawang, Bt Timah, Changi, Hougang, Orchard, and Vivocity. The role is available as full-time, part-time, or freelance, depending on the schedule and location selected.
Key Duties
- Handle food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Take care of washing, cashiering, and keeping the work area tidy.
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices while maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist with loading and unloading food items.
- Manage waste disposal properly.
- Support the chef and kitchen team with any other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Wear a black plain polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes; clothing must be free of logos or designs.
- Applicants should be physically fit.
- A Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate Level 1 is required.
Working Arrangements
Workdays run from Monday to Sunday, and part-time or freelance applicants can choose preferred schedules of 3 to 6 days per week. Full-time engagement is based on a 6-day work week.
Pay Details
Full-time earnings can go up to S$3000 per month.
Freelance weekly pay varies by location, shift, and day type. Examples include: S$98 per day for weekday 9am to 5pm shifts in Vivocity, S$112 per day for weekend 9am to 5pm shifts in Vivocity, S$56 per day for weekday 5pm to 9pm shifts in Vivocity, S$64 per day for weekend 5pm to 9pm shifts in Vivocity, S$77 per day for weekday 5pm to 10:30pm shifts in Vivocity, and S$88 per day for weekend 5pm to 10:30pm shifts in Vivocity. Other listed rates include S$77 per day for a weekday 8am to 3:30pm shift in Bt Timah, S$88 per day for an 8-hour weekend shift starting 7am in Bt Timah, S$75 per day for a 7:30am to 1:30pm shift in Changi, Sembawang or Plaza Singapura for 4pm to 10pm shifts, and S$50 per day for an 8am to 12pm shift in Hougang.
Locations
Work may be assigned at Sembawang, Bt Timah, Changi, Hougang, Orchard, or Vivocity.
