Role Overview

• Consistently deliver exceptional service maintaining high standards at all times.
• Recognize and greet regular guests personally by name, fostering a friendly environment.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu including food items, beverages, and wines to offer tailored recommendations.
• Conduct oneself in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner throughout all interactions.
• Promote and encourage upselling to optimize sales opportunities whenever feasible.
• Support other departments such as the lounge or restaurant when needed, demonstrating flexibility.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably have prior experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential.
• Proven background in busy food and beverage operations is desirable.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with Micros POS system is advantageous.
