Food and Beverage Support Specialist

Overview

Our Food and Beverage Support Specialists proactively provide diverse services that ensure smooth restaurant operations, whether it's setting tables, assisting in the kitchen, cleaning work areas, or restocking supplies. This role plays a critical part in making guest interactions seamless.

Key Duties

• Prepare tables and dining areas in line with service standards.
• Support kitchen activities as needed to assist culinary staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of all workspaces to uphold hygiene and safety.
• Replenish stock of supplies efficiently to avoid disruption in service.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with help.
• Perform tasks that require bending, reaching overhead and below the knees, rotating the body, pulling, and carrying.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, maintain personal appearance and uniform professionalism.

Physical and Operational Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable moving over inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Proficient in reading and visually managing menu information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• No previous work experience is mandatory, but prior hospitality or food service experience is an asset.
• No supervisory experience or certifications required.
