About Rumble Boxing
Rumble Boxing is more than a fitness center; it’s a dynamic and energetic community focused on intensity and real results. We are seeking a dedicated Studio Manager who can lead with passion, manage day-to-day operations, motivate the team, and position Rumble as the premier fitness destination in Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for sales, operational management, team leadership, member satisfaction, and fostering community connections.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly membership and revenue goals.
- Drive additional revenue streams including retail, personal training, and event sales.
- Coach and mentor staff on sales techniques, conversions, and upselling methods.
- Manage daily studio operations such as scheduling, payroll input, point-of-sale oversight, and ensuring smooth studio flow.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness and overall operational quality.
- Proactively address and resolve issues before they affect the studio environment.
- Recruit, train, and schedule front-of-house personnel and trainers to build a strong team.
- Set weekly performance goals and enforce accountability among staff.
- Foster a vibrant culture centered on energy, ownership, and enjoyment.
- Engage actively with members, local businesses, and influencers to build strong relationships.
- Lead community and partnership events as well as boost studio engagement and social presence.
- Maintain high member retention rates while keeping the studio's atmosphere upbeat.
- Track key performance indicators, attendance, and conversion rates to identify trends and challenges.
- Implement solutions promptly and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years’ leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or fast-paced service environments.
- Demonstrated success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and coaching others to do the same.
- Energetic and outspoken leadership style with a team-first approach and strong coaching capabilities.
- Strong operational skills including budget management, scheduling, and problem-solving under pressure.
- A genuine passion for wellness and community engagement, leading by example.
