About the Opportunity

EY is actively seeking expressions of interest from First Nations individuals for various roles within our expanding Personal Security Vetting team, from entry-level analyst positions to leadership roles. This role is based in multiple locations including Melbourne (Naarm), Perth (Boorloo), Canberra (Ngambri), Brisbane (Meanjin), and Sydney (Warrang), with potential for flexible work arrangements and reduced hours upon discussion.

Responsibilities

  • Carefully evaluate clearance applications with a strong focus on detail under the supervision of experienced leaders.
  • Efficiently handle and prioritize caseloads to meet deadlines.
  • Lead teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee intricate processes individually or with a team.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous quality control measures.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Exceptional attention to detail in analyzing large volumes of information to identify security risks.
  • Strong commitment to quality assurance in vetting procedures and documentation.
  • Effective time management skills to meet service level agreements despite competing priorities.
  • Preferably Australian citizens who currently hold or can obtain Baseline Security Clearance, with potential to upgrade to Negative Vetting Level 1 or 2.
