About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize internal resources based on project priorities assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Develop action plans and schedules to meet deadlines for each fragrance brief.
  • Set overarching fragrance directions, conduct evaluation sessions, assess fragrance options, and provide detailed feedback to perfumers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address specific needs of fragrance briefs.
  • Communicate evaluation feedback to sales teams effectively.
  • Inspire and motivate perfumers to achieve optimal fragrance creations.
  • Explore and research promising olfactive pathways with perfumers.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the fragrance Library.
