Job Responsibilities
- Uploading vendor bills into the portal accurately.
- Processing journal entries as needed during month-end close.
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Compiling various production-related reports on daily and monthly bases.
- Preparing GSTR 1 and 3B returns.
- Creating monthly statements related to TDS and TCS for return submissions.
- Validating inter control checklists.
- Reconciling vendor accounts.
- Tracking open Purchase Orders (POs).
- Procuring and tracking C-Form documentation.
- Supporting validation of 3rd party costing.
- Processing bank payments efficiently.
- Conducting physical verifications.
- Maintaining vouchers properly.
- Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: Commerce Graduate; additional qualifications such as CA Inter or pursuing MBA in Finance are advantageous.
- Professional experience of 3 to 4 years, preferably with multinational corporations.
- Proficient use of ERP software, specifically Tally.
- Strong skills in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Based in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh at the manufacturing unit.
