Overview
VK Engineering Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to operate in the Vasai to Naigaon region. This role demands hands-on field engagement to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and foster long-lasting relationships in the Diesel generator market segment.
Primary Duties
- Perform regular on-site visits, cold calling, and client meetings to identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.
- Present product offerings, understand client requirements, and recommend appropriate generator solutions to close sales effectively.
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with potential clients, dealers, and partners to ensure deal closures and repeat business.
- Promote additional products, including Annual Maintenance Contracts and accessories, to enhance customer value through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Address customer complaints, liaise with service teams, and gather feedback for continuous improvement in products and services.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, CRM updates, and track pipeline and performance using MS Word and Excel.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Proven sales and negotiation expertise with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish trustful, long-term customer relationships and a professional demeanor.
- Self-driven with strong discipline and target orientation, capable of resolving customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with knowledge of regional languages being advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of one year of experience in field sales is preferred, ideally within industrial products or generators. However, enthusiastic fresh candidates with a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
