Field Sales Executive

Overview

The Field Sales Executive (BDE) will join Apnatime Tech Private Limited's FOS team, integral to the company's rapid growth in the SMB market. This role involves identifying and acquiring SMB customers through active outreach, cold calling, and closing deals on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients daily to present Apna's hiring solutions.
• Identify potential customers and report market insights to the management team.
• Handle customer objections regarding products, competition, pricing, and expectations effectively.
• Provide recruitment solutions tailored to SMB clients based on their business needs.
• Facilitate client onboarding and assist with posting their first recruitment job on the platform.
• Build market references and stimulate organic revenue growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering compelling value propositions to interested prospects.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets aligned with growth goals.
• Enhance brand presence through distribution of marketing collateral and cultivating referrals.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A driven and street-smart individual with strong negotiation and lead generation skills, including cold calling and field visits.
• Possession of a bike, laptop, and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Prepared to undertake extensive travel as part of job responsibilities.
