About the Role
Steelonex Equipments Private Limited, a producer of modular kitchen units, seeks a Field Sales Executive to engage with customers directly, educate them about the product range, and drive sales growth. This opportunity is open to recent graduates and those new to the sales domain.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage clients by demonstrating and explaining the features of modular kitchen products.
- Conduct visits to potential customers to identify and create new sales prospects.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products tailored to their requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Develop and maintain robust customer relations to foster repeat business.
- Consistently attain sales goals and keep meticulous sales documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Applicants must be male between 18 to 35 years of age.
- Basic proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is essential.
- Possess strong communication abilities and persuasive skills.
- Experience or interest in field sales, B2C sales, and client engagement preferred.
- Access to a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license is essential to fulfill job requirements.
Work Schedule
The role requires full-time commitment with shift hours from 8:45 AM to 6:45 PM, operating during daytime.
