Field Sales Executive - Credit Card Sales

Job Overview

Randstad India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and sell credit card products for their client, SBI Card Retails, across multiple locations in Assam including Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Nagaon, Silchar, and Hojai. This is a full-time onsite position with a fixed monthly salary range of ₹16,000 to ₹25,000.

Responsibilities

• Promote credit card offerings by adopting a consultative, customer-focused sales approach.
• Engage and educate prospective customers about product benefits.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct market research to discover potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Meet predetermined sales targets via efficient customer interactions and conversions.
• Generate leads through open-market efforts and direct customer engagement.
• Operate in high-traffic venues such as shopping malls, petrol stations, and retail outlets to acquire customers.

Requirements

• 12th grade pass or higher education (graduate).
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
• Capability to identify customers' needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Ability to build effective relationships and close sales.
• Preference given to candidates with prior sales experience.
• Local candidates preferred for enhanced market understanding.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
• Candidates should provide payslips and experience letters from current or previous employers if applicable.
• Preference for immediate joiners.

Additional Information

Work will be performed from office locations, with deployment to various busy customer touchpoints for sales activities. The payroll will be handled by Randstad India Pvt. Ltd.
