Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

The Field Sales Executive will focus on onboarding shops and merchants to PhonePe, actively promoting PhonePe's QR Code, Soundbox, and various merchant services. The role involves growing the business by adding new merchants, performing daily field visits to meet sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with merchants while providing continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with local businesses and merchants in the assigned region to acquire new customers.
• Promote and sell PhonePe smart speaker devices and scanners to merchants, highlighting product features and benefits that add value to their business operations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Establish and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
