Field Executive - Site Acquisition - Telecom

About the Role

This position focuses on acquiring sites for telecom network expansion. The role involves on-ground coordination with property stakeholders, local authorities, and other relevant parties to secure suitable locations and complete the documentation needed for site activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit gated communities and housing societies to identify potential site opportunities and discuss requirements with the concerned stakeholders.
• Meet municipal officials, councillors, and chairpersons to identify viable locations and support site resolution efforts.
• Engage with landowners, carrying out negotiations and providing clear explanations to move the acquisition process forward.
• Coordinate with police stations, along with OSD support, for resolving site-related issues.
• Take a proactive approach to identifying installation opportunities in high-rise buildings, hospitals, and government properties for Indus telecom use.
• Ensure that all required documents are completed and compliant so that the first rent can be released without delay.

Employment Details

This is a full-time, temporary/contractual role placed under the payroll of Quess Corp. The annual CTC starts at INR 3.25 lakhs and may vary based on the candidate’s current compensation. The assignment is under an outsourced partner payroll arrangement.

Eligibility

Candidates from any graduate background may apply. A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience is mandatory.
