Job Overview

We are hiring a Field Service Technician specializing in RO Water Purifiers to be based in Ludhiana, Punjab. The primary role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic and commercial RO water purification systems, offering on-site support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install both domestic and commercial Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purifier systems.
• Perform routine servicing and maintenance of RO units to ensure optimal functionality.
• Replace filters and membranes as required during servicing or repairs.
• Provide customer support on-site, addressing queries and demonstrating system operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues related to RO systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in installation or servicing of RO water purifiers is preferred.
• Basic skills in electrical work and plumbing to handle system setups and repairs effectively.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is advantageous, facilitating timely site visits.
• Traits such as honesty, punctuality, and a customer-friendly attitude are essential for this role.
