About the Role
We are seeking a diligent Field Collection Officer responsible for ensuring timely repayment collections while strictly following company policies. This role involves visiting customers at their residences or workplaces to recover overdue payments and maintaining compliance with ethical collection methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to customer's home or work locations for collecting outstanding payments.
- Achieve and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
- Negotiate repayment options with customers in alignment with company guidelines.
- Inform customers about their unpaid dues and available payment methods.
- Maintain accurate updates of collection progress and customer communications in the company's system.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, legal standards, and ethical protocols.
- Work in coordination with Collection Managers for handling difficult or escalated collections.
- Verify customers’ addresses and contact details during field visits for accuracy.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on collection activities and outcomes.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: Completion of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- Experience range: 1 to 3 years in field collections, recovery, sales, or customer service roles.
- Applicants without experience but possessing strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Possession of valid two-wheeler license and personal bike is preferable.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within designated territories.

- Basic proficiency in smartphone app usage and Microsoft Office.
